Online pre-registration will end on February 19, 2027. Please note that no DOTD walk-in registrations will be permitted.

DOTD Employee and DOTD Retiree Policies

• The DOTD no-charge registration applies to full-time employees only. Temporary or part-time employees (WAE, etc.) are not eligible for this complimentary registration.
• DOTD retirees currently working in private industry may register for the LTC with the reduced retiree fee of $250. However, the name badge will display “DOTD Retiree” as the affiliation instead of the current employer’s company name.
• DOTD retirees currently working for the Department in a part-time or temporary capacity must register at the retiree rate of $250.

DOTD Business Conference

The 2027 DOTD Business Conference will be held in conjunction with the LTC. However, please note that we have created a separate registration form for this event. If you are attending only the DOTD Business Conference, please use the link below to register.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you cannot attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund in writing to the Louisiana Transportation Research Center (LTRC) by 4:30 p.m. on January 31, 2027. Refunds will be issued, less a $25 handling fee. No refunds will be made after January 31, 2027.
