Exhibition Hall opens for booth set up.
3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Exhibits will open at the afternoon break. Reception will begin at 5:30 PM with food/beverages served in the Exhibition Hall.
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Continental breakfast, break items, and boxed lunch will be served in Exhibition Hall. Exhibitors may begin moving out after the afternoon break.
Booth Prices
The exhibitor area will be arranged with display booths 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. The fee for a display space will be:
- $750 for the first booth
- $500 for an additional booth*
*Companies will be limited to double booth space only. After January 31, 2027, the price for the first booth will increase to $850.
Equipment Space Returns in 2027
The tradeshow is back in the Exhibition Hall, and so is your chance to showcase big equipment. Limited indoor space is now available for commercial displays.
Prices are as follows:
- 20' x 30' = $800
- 20' x 40' = $900
- 20' x 50' = $1,000
If a vendor wishes to have an equipment display space and a display booth(s), the booth(s) will cost $500 each. Equipment can have no more than one-eighth (1/8) tank of fuel, and the battery cable must be disconnected. If the display is entirely in/on a trailer, it is suggested that trailer be properly placed at the required time and the truck tractor removed from the building.
