The LTC is held on a biennial basis to promote technology transfer and interchange of ideas among the transportation community’s public and private sectors relative to policy, practice, and problems. The 2025 conference featured more than 70 technical sessions and was attended by over 1,500 transportation professionals from government, industry, and academia.
